Why We Built This Site
South Carolina provides public access to many court and county records, but Georgetown County records do not all live in one database. Common Pleas, General Sessions, and Family Court records route through the Clerk of Court at the Judicial Center. Probate and marriage matters route through Probate Court. Traffic, bond, warrant, and summary cases may involve Magistrate Court or Municipal Court. Jail booking records are maintained by the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office. This site brings those channels into one reference point.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, address, or procedure remains current after a government office changes it
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. This site can identify the likely office, but the document must come from that office.
